The wonders of technology mean we are now able to support customers remotely from our offices. As long as you have an internet connection we can support you anywhere in the world.
In recent years with ‘Cloud Technologies’ becoming more and more prevalent the need for onsite engineer visits is now even less of a requirement.
Here at Shiloh we believe that there is still a need for our engineers to visit our customers. Being able to see the layout of a building, how things are installed and what is actually onsite gives us a much better understanding of the business and in turn we are able to provide infinitely better support.
Our customers also value our onsite engineer visits. They see great value of being able to talk to someone face to face and be able to actually show us the problem. We in turn can show the solution or explain what is needed to resolve their issue and give guidance and advice on how to improve things.
Most of our IT Support contracts feature onsite support days built in. We do this so that you a guaranteed to have an engineer visit at least twice a year. If you don’t have a support contract with us, this is not a problem. We are still more than happy to come to your business offices to talk about any issues you may have.
